We Are Looking For Some Who • Some key responsibilities would include: • Lead and inspire a team of Key Stage Two teachers, providing guidance and support in curriculum delivery, classroom management, and professional development. • Collaborate with school leadership to develop and implement curriculum enhancements that align with our school's mission and international standards. • Monitor and assess student progress, implementing strategies to ensure academic growth and well-being. • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice. • Engage with parents and guardians to build strong partnerships that support the development of students. • Lead and participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school-wide initiatives. • Stay current with educational trends and research to continuously enhance teaching and learning practices.
