Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our team. This role involves planning, implementing, and assessing lessons that cater to the needs of young learners, fostering their intellectual and social development. Our ideal candidate will be patient, creative, and capable of designing engaging teaching plans that motivate children through a variety of activities and instructional methods. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a comprehensive teaching plan. • Teach the alphabet, numeracy, and essential personal, social, and emotional skills. • Organize and manage learning materials and resources effectively. • Employ a diverse range of activities and instructional methods (including songs, stories, media, structured games, art, and outdoor activities) to engage and stimulate children’s abilities. • Maintain open and effective communication with parents, providing them with regular updates on their child’s progress and well-being. • Assess students' performance and progress regularly to ensure mastery of skills. • Monitor and support children’s interactions, promoting cooperation and sharing. • Collaborate with administrative staff and adhere to teaching standards and safety regulations. Requirements: • Proven experience as a kindergarten teacher, assistant, or aide. • In-depth knowledge of child development and contemporary educational theories and practices. • Creative and innovative teaching abilities. • Exceptional organizational and classroom management skills. • Patience, flexibility, and a strong commitment to student learning and development. • Effective communication skills. • Up-to-date with the latest educational trends and best practices. • BSc degree in education or relevant teaching certification/license.
