Job Description

Profile Summary: We are looking for a competent professional to undertake business development / B2B customer acquisition for SPJIMR’s Modular Executive Education programs and to create awareness and communicate value proposition of the Programs among corporate community. • acquire new customers, increase pool of partner organizations and increase number of professionals enrolled in various modular programs. • new customer acquisition strategy, including leveraging on SPJIMR alumni network • a part of #2 above, undertake industry and sector research to find pockets where a specific program can create maximum value • B2B customer outreach, via researched and contextual conversations with CHROs / L&D heads, customer visits, alumni interactions etc. • Senior level engagement between existing and prospective clients and SPJIMR program leadership • A prospective client’s L&D department to onboard SPJIMR for program partnerships timely and accurate communication of SPJIMR’s executive education program policies (including eligibility criteria, admission procedure and ongoing program policies) to existing and prospective clients • On existing partner clients : to foster continuous engagement and ongoing participation in the Programs • Assist & Co-ordinate with Program marketing team with ideas and collateral material. Qualification: Post graduates with education in business administration will be given a preference. Graduates with relevant experience may also apply. Experience Required: Minimum 8 years of work experience. Would prefer 5 +years of relevant work experience (Preferably in service/Education sector) Skills/Capabilities Required: - Business development and customer management skills - Ability to work with diversity and multi-disciplinary teams - Excellent time-management and organizational skills - Negotiation skills - Organized & Detail-oriented - Tech savvy, proficient in MS Office - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
