Roles & Responsibilities :

• Prepare consolidated monthly financial reports by collating inputs from the Finance and Business teams.
• Report daily collections and cash flow against annual Annual/Monthly Operating Plans to internal stakeholders.
• Forecast Revenue and Margins for the business based on lead indicators and identify risks / opportunities in advance to help prioritize resource allocations.
• Produce MIS dashboards, highlighting operational metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), subscription duration, product mix, Average Order Value (AOV), and financial performance to external investors.
• Collaborate with various business units to conduct bi-weekly variance analysis.
• Work closely with the Sales team to establish monthly sales targets in alignment with Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) through target simulation, stress testing, and ad-hoc adjustments.
• Contribute to the development of financial models, both short and long-term Annual Operating Plans (AOPs), and business plans. Conduct analysis on potential acquisitions to facilitate organizational decision-making.
• Monitor and negotiate vendor contracts, evaluating their financial implications.
• Provide assistance for various ad-hoc reporting and analytical tasks as required.

Requirements :

• 4-6 years of experience into FP&A profile is mandatory
• Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant
