"We are hiring a human resources professional for one of our business entities in Life Sciences having worked in a non-tech/ Pharma / Healthcare sector for at least 3+ years or more.
Responsibilities
- Managing HR functions for 5-10 fast-growing infra businesses (full stack Infra Business/Tech Parks) development.
- Work closely with management to set up/ streamline all HR and administrative company processes.
- Manage end-to-end process for new recruitment and strategic resource planning.
- Managing the payroll process.
- Manage all pre-onboarding and onboarding processes along with managing the employee lifecycle.
- Support management in the KRA setting, performance management and appraisal cycle.
- Everyday HR tasks, providing support to employees and managers in streamlining HR functions.
- Employee mentoring and counselling
- Manage office administration tasks to ensure the office functions smoothly and understanding of the payroll process
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR
- Masters' degree in HR from Tier II college
- A postgraduate qualification in HR from a Tier II institute with relevant HR experience
- Having a startup experience is an advantage.
- Having diverse HR exposure in HR operations, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, training & development, etc.
- Good experience with strategic talent acquisition and manpower planning
- Knowledge of the latest HR tools and software
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills (across all mediums) and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Comfortable switching between operational and if needed, strategic HR, Knowledge of Indian labour laws & regulations a plus.
