Learning And Development Specialist in Hyderabad (Job Vacancy)

Role Specifics: As a Learning Transformation Inspirer, you will -

• Understand in-depth, and articulate clearly, the Chrysalis Learning Transformation programme including key aspects of transformation and pedagogic theories
• Work closely with teachers and other school stakeholders to empower them on progressive pedagogic techniques and bring about transformation in learning
• Conduct formal training sessions for groups of 30 to 40 teachers
• Recommend and drive solutions that can transform classrooms into ThinkRooms TM
• Participate in live Chrysalis TM classrooms to analyse transformation and areas of improvement
• Share regular updates and feedback, as well as escalate issues to the Team Lead for necessary action
