Sr. Manager Learn - Education Dept. @Coschool Overview: As Senior Manager - Learn you need to have an ability to understand, study, analyse and drive the product evolution and recommend benchmark features. In this role you will be closely working with teachers, design and various other sections of the education department. You shall work together with Team Leads, subject matter expert from different curriculum areas, subjects, and grades to guarantee that the student learning content is prepared according to product specifications. You shall be responsible for managing a team and aligned processes to ingest content for each subject. Your Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with Team Leads across various curriculum, subjects, and grades to ensure student learning content readiness according to product specifications. 2. Overseeing the daily operations of the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time. 3. Setting goals and objectives for the team and ensuring they are met. 4. Providing guidance and support to team members, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their potential. 5. Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members. 6. Managing the recruitment, training, and development of new team members. 7. Ensuring that the team is kept up to date with the latest developments in the education sector. 8. Coordinating with other departments or teams to ensure that the team's work aligns with the overall goals of the organization. 9. Developing and implementing strategies to improve the team's performance and efficiency. 10. Ensuring that the team complies with all relevant regulations and standards in the education sector. 11. Managing the project to ensure adherence to timelines. Your Qualities: Experience: A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in data handling, with at least 2 years in a leadership or administrative role is necessary. Experience in Project management will add value. Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with teachers and other contributors. Proficient in Office tools like MS Office, Data Management, AI tools and educational technology. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize. Strong Leadership and Team Management skills. Analytical problem-solving skills & collaborative skills, continuous learning mindset, and strong execution abilities to deliver high-quality results. Knowledge: Knowledge of different curricula in schools will be an added advantage. Familiarity with latest educational research and trends. Educational Qualification: The candidate should possess any Graduate /Master’s degree Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must Excellent in data management skills.
