Position Overview: We are urgently seeking experienced and passionate Lecturers Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality instruction to Class 6 to 9 students aiming to excel in the IIT-JEE examination. This role requires a deep understanding of the IIT-JEE syllabus, outstanding pedagogical skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate students. Key Responsibilities: • Design and deliver engaging mathematics lessons tailored to the IIT-JEE syllabus for Class 6 to 9 students. • Needs to visit schools for Lectures. • Create and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance students&; problem-solving skills and conceptual understanding. • Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and provide personalized feedback and support. • Develop and maintain teaching materials, including lecture notes, assignments, and practice tests, to ensure comprehensive coverage of the curriculum. • Participate in curriculum development and improvement activities, incorporating the latest educational trends and methodologies. • Provide mentorship and academic counseling to students, guiding them towards achieving their IIT-JEE aspirations. • Collaborate with colleagues to foster a supportive and productive learning environment. Qualifications and Skills: • A Master's degree or higher degree in Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics or passed out from any medical college . • A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, with a proven track record of preparing students for competitive exams such as IIT-JEE. • Strong subject matter expertise and a passion for teaching Bota. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students. • Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online education platforms. • A creative thinker with a knack for devising innovative teaching methods. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
