Narayana Group of Education is hiring Lecturer, Senior Lecturers for PAN India locations.

Job Role: Faculty , Senior Faculty 

Subjects: Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Zoology , Botany

Segment: IIT JEE Mains & Advance, NEET

Locations: Mumbai 

Salary Range: As per the market standards

Notice Period: 1 week 

Working Hours : 9-10 Hours 

Job Description

• Conduct offline and online classes for IIT-JEE/ NEET.
• Develop, create, and deliver lectures, presentations, and presentations.
• Create content required for lectures, study material, assignments, and test series.
• Clear students doubts during and after classes. Take ownership of students progress and improvement.
• Plan and implement learning goals for students. 
• Maintain and improve student evaluations. Engage students in classroom discussions, active learning, and lab activities.
• Primary duties of faculty include effective classroom teaching, academic advising and counselling of students, participation in departmental committee work, continuous development of the curriculum through assessment, applied research or scholarly activity, and service such as assisting in recruitment of students and initiatives designed to help students succeed academically, as well as other assigned duties.
• The regular workload for full-time faculty who choose to work 9 workload hours regardless of highest academic credential.
• Evening, Weekday, weekend, compressed courses during the regular semester are a part of the normal teaching workload. This applies to all teaching faculty.
• Faculty are expected to meet classes regularly throughout the semester for the allotted class minutes and may not stop holding class sessions before the end of the semester. Faculty must inform department heads or the dean when class sessions will not be held and must ensure course content is covered if class sessions must be cancelled.

Desired Profile

• Must be M. Tech / M.Sc. / MBBS / BDS/ B. Tech from IITs / NITs / Reputed Universities / Colleges,
• Candidates looking for opportunities in the highly attractive competitive IIT- JEE, NEET
• Minimum 4- 10 years of relevant experience in teaching IIT- JEE, and NEET entrance courses.
• Should be able to teach Physics/ Maths/ Chemistry/ Botany/ Zoology/ Biology subjects.
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for work.
• Basic knowledge of computers and Online Teaching.
