About the Group:

URBX is an Indian based Group of Companies primarily engaged in International and Domestic Logistics, Project Logistics, Dredging and Imparting Professional Education.

Ours is an upcoming institute in Cochin, Kerala with a vision to provide quality Logistics and Supply Chain Management education encompassing the modern techniques with practical training and the various models that are being developed. We are looking for an experienced head to lead the respective domain.

Job Title: Centre Head

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Manage the centre operations.

2. Lead the centre initiatives and goals, and suggest improvements for effective delivery of centre programmes and services.

3. Innovative mindset; able to come up with creative solutions and implement new ideas.

4. Strong effective communication skills to train and influence the counsellors

and team members.

5. Contribution to academic content development will be an added advantage.

6. Shall have previous experience as a centre head / senior faculty preferably in aviation, logistics and SCM studies.

7. Shall take overall administrative responsibility for the academy.

8. . Research and Development: Stay updated on educational trends.

9. Interpersonal Skills: Foster a collaborative work environment, acting as a bridge between teams

10. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, utilizing technology for academic and project coordination processes.

Qualifications:

- PG in a relevant field.

- Proven experience in Centre head operations and administration.
