Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic individual to assume the role of Manager - Admissions and Outreach, responsible for spearheading program outreach initiatives across all programs within IITM CODE.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Engage with educational institutions, industry leaders, and other relevant stakeholders to raise awareness about CODE programs.
• Utilize both digital communication and in-person visits to maximize outreach effectiveness.
• Develop strategic lead generation campaigns, establish objectives, define goals, and monitor metrics.
• Formulate monthly and quarterly marketing plans, encompassing scheduling, budgeting, and performance reporting.
• Implement diverse marketing campaigns, including online and in-person school/college engagement, seminars/webinars, kiosk placements, and media outreach.
• Collaborate closely with the Design Team to create compelling print and online marketing materials.
• Provide weekly progress reports and devise corrective measures to bridge gaps between actual and targeted lead values.
• Design engaging programs aimed at re-engaging existing partners.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Enthusiastic with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to assist others.
• Proficient in modern lead generation techniques and marketing tools.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation, multi-channel campaign management, content marketing, and media monitoring.
• Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in Admissions & Outreach
• Expertise in marketing analytics, digital marketing, and campaign analytics.
• Hands-on approach with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
• Highly organized and self-motivated with a data-driven mindset.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for building strong relationships.
• Demonstrated accountability and ownership.
Additional Information:
• This is a full-time position based at the IIT Madras office, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Weekend work may be required as per business needs.
• Accommodation in Chennai is to be arranged by the candidate; accommodation within the IIT Madras campus is not provided.
• Please note that this position is not permanent and is not affiliated with the Central Government of India or IIT Madras.
Immediate availability is preferred. Remuneration will be based on industry standards.
