IIHMR University, Jaipur, established under the IIHMR University Act, 2014 (Act No. 3 of 2014) by the Government of Rajasthan, is your gateway to the world of opportunities.

We are now inviting applications for the role of Manager - HR from individuals who are passionate about managing 360-degree HR functions including the following JDs:

Job Descriptions: -

A. Associating with the senior management and line managers on sourcing issues and policies.

B. Mentor and manage a team of multi-discipline recruitment specialists.

C. Guide the talent acquisition team to effectively render support as a business vertical, keeping abreast of the latest developments in selection and screening including ATS systems.

D. Aligned with the manpower planning authority to finalize and strategize human capital requirements, also monitored annual recruiting budgets and managed annual recruitment plans.

E. Process the end-to-end recruitment process including employee onboarding formalities ensure optimal manpower resource planning and forecasting that maximizes efficiency and reduces costs and time outlay on positions hired.

F. Ensure all JDs are developed, and jobs are evaluated for all active positions in the assigned business units to ensure clarity of job responsibilities and job fit in line with the approved organization structure.

G. Managing posts on job boards, such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Naukri.com.

H. Interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a company's long-term goals.

I. Networked through traditional and progressive methods to source optimal talent.

J. Sourcing and screening candidates to fill open positions.

K. Overseeing employee performance and appraisals. –

L. Manage 360-degree HR functions.

Qualifications:-

Postgraduate in HR or equivalent.

Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Organized

Strong leadership skills

Experience

Total 8 – 10 years and minimum 03 years in Higher Education.
