Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Manager / Sr. Manager – Elan ( Education Loan department of KC Overseas ), you are expected to grow the business of the Loan division. You will be leading the business process for the B2B right from generating leads until loan disbursements.

You will lead a team and will have a revenue target as part of KRA.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead Elan B2B division and generate business to meet the loan disbursement targets given by our Lending partners ( Banks / NBFCs)
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for ELAN and its products.
  • Setting goals for business and revenue growth with the guidance of Manager and Management.
  • Generating leads and conversion for ELAN products from the following:
    • Branch (Franchisee) Offices of KC
    • Key Partner Associates
    • Studies Abroad Consultants in general by visiting them and through the phone calls.
    • Online Leads
  • Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle. Ensure proactive follow-ups from the team leading to maximum number of disbursements.
  • To collaborate with the Marketing team and initiate and execute marketing activities to generate leads.
  • Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
  • Will coordinate and liaison with Banks- Zonal offices, RACPC, Branches, Cluster and with respective Branch Offices for smooth movement of loan applications.
  • Monitor pendency of enquiries and applications of team members on daily / weekly basis.
  • Evaluate team members’ performance against KRAs on monthly/fortnightly basis.
  • Coach and mentor the team leading them to their optimum performance.
  • Analyse Business metrics data to understand and resolve process bottle necks in the overall loan application process. Identify opportunities to make the process more effective by taking internal and external stakeholders into confidence.
  • Researching to gather insights on Competitor’s offerings and suggest inputs to Reporting Manager and Management, to counter the same.
  • Publishing detailed MIS reports on business metrics / performance periodically to the Reporting Manager and Managements
  • Commerce Graduation required. Chartered Accountant qualification will be an advantage
  • At least 8 – 12 years of relevant experience in Operations that generate revenue
  • Excellent communication and Problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal/negotiation skills
  • Commercially astute
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
