Role and Responsibilities: As a Manager of Business Development & Institutional Sales, You will play a crucial role in driving the growth of MapMyStudy’s new business vertical. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Institutional Sales: Developing and implementing strategies to promote our services to educational institutions including colleges, universities and High Schools.
• Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions
• Market Research: Conducting market research to identify potential opportunities for business expansion and staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Business Planning: Creating and executing business plans to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
• Sales and Marketing Collateral: Developing compelling sales presentations, marketing materials, and proposals to showcase our services and offerings effectively.
• Travel: Willingness to travel to meet with clients, attend conferences, and represent MapMyStudy at industry events.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Any Bachelor’s degree or a related field.
• Proven experience in institutional sales, preferably in the education industry.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in Business Development or Sales.
• Professional Links and relationships with education Institutes, High Schools and Colleges will be advantageous
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and ability to apply them effectively to drive business growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and build rapport.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet targets.
• Openness to travel as required for client meetings and business-related events.
• A passion for the international education industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
