UniAdvise is a study abroad consultancy founded by two London Business School Graduates. We provide quality and personalized end-to-end application support, offering personalized and trustworthy study abroad guidance. With a team of accomplished individuals who have roots in prestigious institutions and firsthand experience at top global universities, we provide expert advice and invaluable insights into the admissions process.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Proficiently create and draft resumes, LORs, essays, Visa SOPs, GMAT/GRE/TOEFL/IELTS Waiver letters, and other documents for clients applying to top B-schools worldwide.
  • Lead and manage a team of editors, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure high-quality content creation.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members.
  • Increase team efficiency by streamlining processes, setting goals, and monitoring performance.
  • Provide assistance to clients by connecting with them directly to understand their requirements and address any concerns.
  • Handle problematic client calls professionally, resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Continuously improve the drafting and editing process to optimize quality and efficiency.
  • Liaise with the operations team to handle client queries and documents effectively.
  • Assist the company in other areas as needed, contributing to its overall success and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in creating and drafting resumes, LORs, essays, or similar documents for top B-school applicants.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably in a content creation or editing environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and clients.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
