Job Description
• The Manager under the School Transformation Program will primarily be responsible for researching, identifying, launching, and implementing the STEM Program in the identified district
• Conduct feasibility studies in the identified locations and finalise the schools based on feasibility study criteria
• Will be handling 20 – 30 schools and team of trainers in the given district.
• Showcase thought Leadership, planning and effective implementation for the long-term success of the program’s growth, scalability, and Sustainability
• Build strong rapport and work closely with the School management in the assigned district
• Liaison with the Education department to brief the program model and sign the MOU with Bhumi
• Supervises the District level operations and overall Program implementation
• Monthly and Quarterly review of the projects in the assigned districts
• Visit the schools to monitor the program at regular intervals
• Mentor the Trainer’s day-to-day deliverables based on the quarterly goals and implementation plan
• Plan and provide support to the trainers on conducting large-scale Baseline and Endline assessments
• Manage stakeholders and vendor relationships for the success of the program
• Ensure effective communication and reporting upward and down the line of all matters related to the efficiency and effectiveness of the program
• Maintain all documents and records as per the prescribed formats. Submitting Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports
• Require to visit Bhumi registered office at Chennai for important meetings and events based on progam requirements

Preferred Education Qualification / Experience:
• Post-Graduation with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a relevant field
• Should be a quick learner to understand and execute the structured program
• Program Management experience for effective delivery of the program
• Experience in reporting, training, monitoring, and evaluating the projects
• Mentor the team to achieve Programmatic goals towards achieving Org goals
• Good English speaking & writing skills

• Good understanding of the pedagogical aspects involved in teaching children.
• Good people engagement, networking, and listening skills

Other Information:
• Scope: Full time
• Remuneration: 480000 to 630000 based on the candidate’s skill and experience
• Expected Joining Date: Immediate
• Location: Chennai, Hosur/Bangalore, Hyderabad
