Job Description

• SPOC for the accountability and delivery of all academic requirements for the students (content delivery, staff training, student and staff assessments, timetable preparation).

• Taking end-to-end ownership of all aspects of the academic department.

• Analyse student performance data and design mechanisms with multiple stakeholders to improve student learning.

• Ensure that all the Courses are conducted and completed as per plan.

• To ensure that academic standards are maintained at all our campuses.

• To identify and implement what aspects of the educational experience need to be addressed to ensure student success and overall development of the student.

• To facilitate student, parent meetings and workshops, monitor teachers, classrooms and review new curriculums and classroom materials with the academic team individually or in group settings.

• Identify training needs, design curriculum, and deliver domain training.

• Facilitate/Deliver any other domain training initiatives like domain cross-training, domain upskilling training, student recap sessions, etc.

• Assess relevant training needs for individuals and organizations, in consultation with operations, marketing, and product team, including assessment methods and measurement systems available.

• Work with the Academic Team to produce plans to meet training and development needs, and manage training delivery, measurement, and follow-up as necessary.

• Ensure smooth functioning of classes with venues and logistics as required to achieve efficient student attendance and course delivery.

• Ensure all course activities and materials meet with relevant organizational and statutory policies.

• Monitor, measure, and report on student course content and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales

• Primary goal is to create high-impact and engaging learning content for all students across all batches.

• Define teaching methodology, curriculum framework, course structures and program development as per the brand vision.

• Working closely with Faculties and coordinators to assist in creating the most engaging and uninterrupted flow of the course content.

• Analyse & Research exams patterns, type of questions, and difficulty level to remain updated with the latest trends in questions asked for the courses we deliver.

• Ensure constant up-gradation of existing content for our various courses based on research and feedback.

• Interact with students to understand their needs, take feedback, and resolve their academic queries and concerns.

• Helping the academic team for resolution of queries related to Content and Academic delivery.
