Position: Manager-CHRD
Qualification: Post Graduate or MBA HR (preferable)
Experience: Minimum 5 years of teaching or training experience (preferable)
Skills & Knowledge:
- Communication Skills in English, Hindi & Gujarati
- Presentation Skills to deliver sessions to the teaching staff
- Instructional Designing for developing required modules of training
- Interpersonal skills to collaborate with Non-Teaching Staff of university
- Data Analysis and Interpretations
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the overall training sessions
- Identify the training needs of non-teaching staff and provide the necessary trainings to achieve objectives of the PU
- Conduct Induction Programme to the newly recruited non-teaching staff within stipulated period
- Conduct Skill Development programs for all segments of non-teaching staff
- Facilitate and conduct the sessions on English communications, skill development, motivation etc.
- Assessing training needs, prepare appropriate modules for training for different groups of staff based on the training need assessment
- Conduct regular training sessions either on one-to-one basis or on a group approach basis, so as to achieve operational effectiveness
- Developing the content and modules for the different programs
- Keeping the training MIS updated and measuring the training impact
