Job description:

• Acquisition and end to end setting of onsite childcare centres
• Handling marketing initiatives PAN India
• Responsible for Business Expansion and growth across centres
• Business generation through creation of new tie-ups PAN India
• Proficiency in contract negotiations, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating sales and handling clients efficiently
• Setting targets and take corrective action when needed
• Monitor competitor activities and devise effective counter measures

Experience-4-5 Years

Location: Kalyaninagar, Pune (Travel across centers and when required)

Qualification: Bachelors / Master’s degree / Degree in Early Childhood Education

CTC: 4.8-6 Lakhs + Incentives

Skills:

• Excellent inter personal skills
• High level of customer orientation.
• Self-driven and attention to detail
• High sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Problem solving ability and a good team player
• Possess working knowledge in Early Childhood Education
• Must be Tech friendly, needs to know Ms Office with a flair for numbers

*Prior experience in sales in the Pre-schools/ Insurance/ Healthcare or Banquet sector with direct connects with HR with B2B experience will be preferred.
