AND Academy is a design upskilling venture launched by the Indian Institute of Art and Design (IIAD), a leading design school in India established in collaboration with Kingston School of Art, London. We offer online and hybrid diploma programs in Graphic Design, UX Design, Motion Graphics, Digital Brand Communication, and Interior Design. With a curriculum developed by industry stalwarts and experienced academicians, our mission is to make learning design accessible, affordable, and industry-relevant.

With nearly a decade of experience in higher education, the team at AND Academy brings its expertise to online design education to create active, interactive, and collaborative learning experiences through live sessions and strategic tech integration. This role is for individuals who can adapt themselves to our learning-teaching methodology and bring along their professional expertise to help graduates and working professionals transform their careers through design training.

Designation : Manager/Senior Manager – Career Services Division
Name of the Institution : AND Academy Pvt. Ltd.
Location : Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi- 110020
Working Conditions Timings : 9.00 a.m – 6.00 pm (Monday to Friday)
10:00 a.m – 5:00 pm (Saturday), 2 Saturdays off
Work Experience : 7-10 years (Candidates with a strong background in placements)
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• 7 to 10 years’ experience in campus placements, career services, or a similar role, ideally within the higher education or design sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement placement strategies.
• Proficient in advanced data management tools and software.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Superior communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Personality & Must have :
• Leadership quality with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Proactive, dynamic, and capable of strategic planning and execution.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Strong email etiquette and professional writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Job Summary :
Under the direction of the Head/COO the Manager/Senior Manager for the Career Services Division will lead and manage all aspects of student placements. This role involves strategic planning, execution of placement initiatives, and continuous enhancement of placement services to ensure high employability rates for graduates.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Strategic Placement Initiatives:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive placement strategy to enhance student employability and meet industry needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, alumni, and other stakeholders to secure placement opportunities.
• Analyze trends and market demands to continuously align placement services with industry standards.
Team Leadership and Management:
• Lead, mentor, and manage the placements team to achieve placement targets and deliver exceptional service.
• Organize training and development sessions for the team to enhance their skills and knowledge in placement activities.
Advanced Data Management and Reporting:
• Oversee the maintenance of accurate and confidential student placement records.
• Generate advanced reports and analytics to inform strategic decisions and report to senior management.
Event Planning and Execution:
• Lead the planning and execution of high-impact placement drives, industry visits, and career fairs.
• Ensure seamless logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation for all events.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
• Act as a senior point of contact for students, providing strategic guidance and support for their career aspirations.
• Enhance communication channels and feedback mechanisms between students, the institution, and employers.
Remuneration : Negotiable and commensurate with skills and qualifications.
