Job Description: Manager, Domestic University Partnerships

Core Responsibilities:

Strategy and planning:

• Develop a prospect base of Indian Universities by designing frameworks and strategies that aligns with the business goals of GradRight
• Analyze market trends and threats by competitors in order to develop the right product and business plans for the particular region
• Work cross functionally with different teams to execute engagement events across the region
• Work on different mechanisms to maximize student engagement and stakeholder satisfaction across accounts
• Explore different opportunities for collaboration and expansion of business within the domestic accounts

Execution:

• Build a pipeline of Universities and Colleges for partnerships and extract business through them
• Identify the right stakeholders inside the ecosystem - University officials, Student body representatives, promoters etc. and expand business opportunities through them
• Active promote GradRight and its services through different engagement channels within the University to drive business and brand awareness
• Oversee a growing team to ensure revenues and maintenance of relationships with such institutions

Qualifications: MBA from a Tier ½ Business School with an undergraduate degree in engineering or sciences or Math will be preferred but it is NOT MANDATORY, if you are self-taught and if your experience demonstrates your proficiency and skills required for this role.

Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in University partnerships in higher-education/ed-tech sector
• Experience in early-stage/growth-stage start-ups in the education sector will be preferred

Location: Gurugram, Hyderabad, Pune

Compensation: 15L to 20L depending on experience and the right skillset fitment
