Job Overview:

We are actively seeking highly qualified and dedicated individuals to join our team as Vernacular Lecture Faculties for JEE (Joint Entrance Examination), NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test), and Foundation courses, specifically for the Marathi-speaking student community. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures in Marathi, ensuring that students grasp complex concepts and are well-prepared for their respective entrance exams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lecture Delivery:
• Conduct engaging and informative lectures in Marathi for JEE/NEET/MHTCET courses.
• Effectively communicate intricate concepts and theories in a clear and concise manner.
• Utilize multimedia tools and teaching aids to enhance the learning experience for Marathi-speaking students.
• Curriculum Development:
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to create and update course materials in Marathi.
• Align lectures with the latest exam patterns and syllabi, ensuring that students are well-equipped for their exams.
• Student Engagement:
• Cultivate a positive and interactive learning environment that resonates with Marathi-speaking students.
• Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and tests to evaluate student progress.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and offer support for their academic growth.
• Mentoring and Guidance:
• Offer mentorship and guidance to Marathi-speaking students, addressing their academic concerns and career aspirations.
• Conduct doubt-solving sessions and encourage open communication to foster a conducive learning atmosphere.
• Professional Development:
• Stay updated with the latest developments in the subjects and teaching methodologies relevant to JEE/NEET/FOUNDATION exams.
• Attend workshops, seminars, and training programs to enhance teaching skills, particularly in the context of Marathi language instruction.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate effectively with other faculty members and academic staff to improve overall program quality.
• Participate in faculty meetings and contribute insights for continuous improvement of teaching methodologies, with a focus on Marathi language instruction.
• Compliance:
• Ensure strict adherence to all educational policies, standards, and guidelines, particularly as they pertain to Marathi language instruction.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance in Marathi.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in the relevant subject.
• Strong expertise in the subjects related to JEE/NEET/FOUNDATION exams.
• Previous teaching experience, especially in coaching students for competitive exams, with a focus on Marathi language instruction.
• Excellent communication skills in Marathi.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to the academic success of Marathi-speaking students.
