Job Description
· Conduct lectures, seminars, and tutorials on various marketing topics to undergraduate and graduate students.
· Develop and deliver innovative and engaging curriculum in line with the latest marketing trends, theories, and practices.
· Mentor and advise students on academic and career-related matters, including research projects and internships.
· Conduct independent research, publish scholarly articles in reputable journals, and participate in academic conferences to contribute to the field of marketing.
· Participate in academic committees, departmental meetings, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the marketing program.
· Engage in community outreach, industry partnerships, or consultancy projects to enhance the university's connection with the industry.
· Contribute to the accreditation and assessment processes as required by the university and relevant accreditation bodies.
· Stay updated with developments in marketing, consumer behavior, digital marketing, analytics, and other relevant areas, integrating this knowledge into teaching and research activities.
Requirements:
· A Ph.D. in
· Demonstrated expertise in marketing theory, research methodologies, and a strong publication record in reputable academic journals.
· Prior teaching experience with a strong commitment to excellence in education and student mentorship.
· Ability to develop and deliver courses using innovative teaching methods, technology, and experiential learning approaches.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
· Commitment to academic service, such as participating in committees, academic advising, and university initiatives.
· Industry experience or engagement in applied research projects would be an advantage.
