If transforming lives through training is your passion we would be happy to have you onboard. • You will be required to prepare and deliver modules on communication and sales training. • Mark and provide appropriate feedback on oral and written work. • Devise, write and produce new materials, including audio and visual resources. • Organise and get involved in social and cultural activities. • Attend and contribute to training sessions. • Undertake administrative tasks, such as keeping student registers and attendance records. • Teaching responsibilities may involve classroom, online, and/or hybrid delivery at the MBA level. Duties & responsibilities: • Initiate and moderate classroom discussions. Plan, evaluate, and revise curriculum and methods of instruction. • Prepare course materials, such as syllabus, homework assignments, and handouts. • Keep abreast of developments in the field and participate in professional organizations and conferences. • Serve on academic or administrative committees that deal with institutional policies, departmental matters, and academic issues.
