Know more here → https://www.organoetschool.co.in/articles Who are we looking forWe are in search of a dynamic Marketing Executive who will play a pivotal role in executing marketing activities across various channels. The ideal candidate will be actively involved in all marketing activities, including events, digital initiatives, and communications. Job Roles & Responsibilities1. Lead Generation: - Collaborate with senior team members to understand the target audience and ideal customer profile. - Utilize various lead generation techniques, such as content marketing, email campaigns, and social media outreach. - Implement strategies to capture and nurture leads through the sales funnel. 2. Tracking and Reporting Conversion Rates: - Set up analytics tools to monitor website traffic, conversion rates, and user behavior. - Regularly generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and share insights with the team. - Analyze conversion data to identify areas for improvement and optimization. 3. Digital Media Strategy: - Execute the digital media strategy encompassing website management, SEO, SEM, SMM, and analytics. - Stay updated on industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly. - Monitor the performance of digital channels and make data-driven adjustments for better results. 4. Content Creation and Distribution: - Create engaging and relevant content collateral aligned with the brand's messaging. - Utilize various content distribution channels, such as social media, email, and blogs. - Monitor content performance and adjust strategies based on audience engagement. 5. Event Support/Leadership: - Collaborate with the events team to ensure a seamless integration of marketing efforts with event activities. - Develop pre-event, during event, and post-event marketing materials and collaterals. - Actively engage with attendees during events, collect feedback, and generate content for future marketing use. 6. Expense Tracking: - Maintain a detailed record of all event and digital media expenses. - Regularly review expenses against budget allocations and provide insights on cost-effectiveness. - Identify areas where cost savings or reallocation can be implemented without compromising results. Qualifications & Experience1. Education: - A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is typically preferred. A master's degree may be an added advantage. 2. Experience: - 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, events, and lead generation. - Proven track record in successfully implementing digital media strategies and managing marketing campaigns. - Previous experience in marketing/communications departments of educational institutions or initiatives will be an added advantage 3. Skills: - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, SMM, and analytics tools. - Proficiency in using content creation and distribution tools. - Event planning and execution skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Graphic Design Skills, Being able to create and collaterals and videos in Canva 4. Technical Skills: - Familiarity with website management platforms and content management systems. - Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms. - Proficiency in using marketing automation tools for lead generation and nurturing. 5. Creativity: - Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies. - Strong content creation skills for various channels, including social media, blogs, and event materials. 6. Team Collaboration: - Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments. - Experience working with senior team members and stakeholders. 7. Analytical Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. - Ability to track and report on key performance indicators. 8. Adaptability: - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and market trends. - Proactive approach to learning about new technologies and industry best practices. 9. Organizational Skills: - Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. - Attention to detail in planning and executing marketing activities. 10. Networking: - Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with external partners, vendors, and event participants.
