Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing marketing campaigns, analyzing data to identify trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creating and managing digital marketing content, coordinating promotional activities, and monitoring marketing budget.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and offline.
• Create compelling content (text, image, video) for marketing collateral, website, social media platforms, and other channels.
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
• Manage the company's online presence and reputation across social media platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to support lead generation and conversion efforts.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, Freshers can also apply.
• Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
