Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Admission Counselor to join our team. The Admission Counselor will play a key role in attracting and enrolling students for our coaching programs, guiding them through the admission process, and ensuring a smooth transition into our institute. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and a strong ability to build rapport with prospective students and their families. Key Responsibilities: 1. Actively engage with prospective students and their families to understand their educational goals and aspirations. 2. Provide accurate and detailed information about UNO TEST PREP coaching programs, curriculum, faculty, facilities, and admission procedures. 3. Conduct informative and persuasive counseling sessions to address student queries, alleviate concerns, and motivate them to enroll in our coaching programs. 4. Maintain a database of prospective students and follow up with them through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to nurture leads and facilitate conversions. 5. Assist students in completing the admission application process, including documentation, fee payment, and other administrative requirements. 6. Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to develop and implement strategies for student recruitment and retention. 7. Participate in promotional events, workshops, and seminars to represent UNO TEST PREP and attract potential students. 8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and changes in admission requirements to provide accurate and relevant information to prospective students. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, or related field. - Proven experience in admissions counseling, student recruitment, or sales roles, preferably in the education sector. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software. - Enthusiasm for education and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
