Brief:

NIMS University, a leading educational institution in India, seeks a passionate and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager/Assistant Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development and execution of data-driven digital marketing campaigns to drive student enrolments, increase brand awareness, and foster engagement across various platforms. You will collaborate with multiple agencies and cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that align with the goals and objectives of numerous Schools and Campuses.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various digital channels (search, social media, display advertising, etc.) to achieve student enrolment and engagement goals.
• Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads) to maximise return on investment (ROI).
• Utilise data analytics and performance metrics to optimise campaigns, allocate budgets effectively, and maximise return on investment (ROI).
• Collaborate with internal teams (admissions, website, call centre) to ensure seamless campaign execution and messaging consistency.
• Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to identify new growth opportunities.
• Generate reports and provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify target audiences, trends, and growth opportunities.
• Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering their professional development and ensuring efficient execution of campaigns.

Qualification and Work Experience:

• Full-time MBA from a recognised University specialising in marketing with a strong focus on digital marketing.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in a marketing agency or with a brand in a performance marketing role.
• Demonstrated success in managing and optimising digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Experience working in a complex/matrix organisational structure is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in the education sector is a plus.

Skills & Abilities:

Soft Skills:

• Data Analytics: Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques to analyse campaign performance data and identify trends.
• Marketing Platforms: Proficient in using marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc., to streamline campaign management and reporting.
• Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Knowledge of search engine optimisation (SEO) and Search engine marketing (SEM) principles.
• Social Media Marketing: Expertise in developing and managing social media campaigns across various platforms.
• Attribution Modelling: Understanding and applying marketing attribution models to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
