Job Title: Deputy Manager - Marketing and Admissions

**Responsibilities:**
1. **ATL & BTL Marketing:**
- Develop and execute Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies for effective campaign implementation.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics.
2. **Lead Generation & Admissions:**
- Implement lead-generation strategies to attract prospective students.
- Oversee the admission process, ensuring a seamless experience for students.
3. **Individual Targets:**
- Set and achieve individual targets related to lead generation and admissions.
4. **School and College Visits:**
- Visit schools and colleges to conduct presentations about Amity University.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions.
5. **Seminars and Counseling:**
- Plan and conduct seminars to promote Amity University.
- Provide counseling to students and parents regarding academic programs.
6. **Center Activities:**
- Manage day-to-day activities of the center, ensuring smooth operations.
- Coordinate with staff to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
7. **Extensive Travel:**
- Travel extensively in and around the region to promote Amity University.
8. **Reporting:**
- Provide regular reports on marketing activities and achievements to the Zonal Manager/Territory Manager.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and admissions, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Team management skills.
