Job Description: As a Marketing Specialist at College Smart, you will play a pivotal role in driving our outreach efforts, engaging with high schools, universities, and prospective students to promote our services and facilitate the journey of Indian students to prestigious international institutions.

Responsibilities:

• High School Engagement:
  • Collaborate with high school counselors to schedule and conduct seminars for students in grades 9 through 12.
  • Present College Smart’s offerings and benefits to students, parents, and educators, effectively showcasing the advantages of studying abroad.
  • Cultivate relationships with high schools to establish College Smart as a trusted partner in student counseling and overseas education.
• University Outreach:
  • Identify and approach universities overseas to organize seminars for their students, both online and offline.
  • Coordinate logistics for these seminars, ensuring smooth communication and execution of events.
  • Liaise with university representatives to showcase the benefits of studying at their institutions and the support College Smart offers to students.
• Lead Generation and Conversion:
  • Develop strategies to generate new leads of students interested in pursuing education abroad.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive database of prospective students, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Conduct cold calls and outreach campaigns to nurture leads, provide information, and encourage enrollment in College Smart’s programs.
• Marketing Campaigns:
  • Create and develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials to attract prospective students.
  • Utilize various channels, including social media, email marketing, and offline channels, to reach and engage with the target audience effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
• 1-3 years of work experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong networking abilities and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets and driving results.
• Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools is a plus.
• Preferably based out of Chandigarh tricity
