Currently we are looking to hire experienced Marketing Manager for our Mumbai Operations based in Chembur who can Manage 4 of our brands including Personal Brand for the CEO

Key Responsibilities

Digital Media:

  • Do a thorough competitor analysis of their digital strategy before building to help build a Digital calendar and present it to the management
  • Prepare Detailed Quarterly/Semi Annual Digital Content Calendar to highlight the digital marketing activities
  • Prepare apt and innovative content for the post as per the chosen topics outlined and approved in the digital calendar
  • Explain and train the graphic designer/videographers about the branding guidelines and get timely delivery of posts
  • Choosing the right posts to boost for generating paid leads
  • KPIs: Gradually achieve one reel a day for all brands

Youtube Channel

  • Work on content strategy and script for podcasts and reels for Directors Personal Channel
  • Work with Video Editors to edit videos
  • Create shorts and reels out of videos

Create and Appear in Reels

  • Create and Appear in Reels on study abroad
  • Get reels created through students, influencers
  • Work with video editors to edit and customise the reels

Brand Building:

  • Prepare detailed brand guidelines and define themes for branding and digital handle
  • Ensure all online and offline marketing activities are within the brand guidelines
  • Reflect sufficient branding and marketing in office interiors
  • Design and get quality marketing collateral printed. Work on Offline and online marketing collateral
  • Brochures, leaflets, Promotional web offers, Prospectus, Business cards, email signatures/inboxes, t shirts , pens, diaries, calendars and other freebees

Webinars/Seminars: (To be discussed)

  • Managing and working in collaboration with Business Developers to get breakthroughs in the local colleges for seminars/Webinars
  • Presenting in Colleges and maximising lead generation
  • Preparing and maintaining a busy Seminar Calendar
  • Manage Stalls and Canopies in events
  • Monitor the performance of BDs to ensure you meet your seminar target.
  • KPIs: 120+ Seminars a year. Each seminar should have at least 25 unique leads

Marketing Interns:

  • Hire and Manage 10-12 influential and digitally active final year college students to share and boost our posts daily. They need to have 2000+ SM followers and should agree to boost all our post on their timeline and other SM groups to generate Leads
  • The interns need to spend 3 hours a week in the office for reporting their performance and getting trained on marketing channels

Paid Social Media:

  • Prepare campaigns for paid social media like google adwords and facebook ads
  • Keep running new campaigns in the given budget to ensure we find a point with cheaper cost per lead
  • Prepare and present daily/weekly report for social media campaigns -filters, cost, cost per lead, lead conversion rate etc
  • Prepare a weekly/monthly improvement report on measure taken to improve quality and cost and its reflection

  • 10-12 Marketing interns (Rotating - optional)
  • 2-3 Business Developers (Permanent - optional)

What we are looking for

  • A candidate with 5+ years of core experience in running end to end Marketing operations for a company with in depth expertise in running paid digital marketing campaigns
  • Any experience in Education /overseas education domain will be preferred
  • Must be presentable and confident to conduct seminars in front of huge crowd
  • Must have performed above responsibilities for a company
  • Confident in generating leads digitally through organic and paid advertisement alongside the other marketing and branding skills
