Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head Martial Arts at KidsChaupal. The Head Martial Arts will be responsible for leading and managing martial arts classes for children, developing and implementing training programs, teaching self-defense techniques, and promoting a safe and inclusive environment. This role will require working from our location in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications • Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Karate, and Self Defense skills • Experience in training children in martial arts • Strong knowledge and understanding of different martial arts techniques • Artistic skills and ability to incorporate art into martial arts classes • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Passion for working with children and helping them discover their potential • Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning • Ability to create a safe and inclusive environment for all children • Certification or black belt in a martial arts discipline is a plus
