Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Math Teacher to join our The Poly Kids School. The ideal candidate will be responsible for instructing primary school students in mathematics, fostering a love for the subject, and helping students develop essential math skills. The Math Teacher will create engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective and engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
• Provide clear explanations of mathematical concepts and principles, ensuring student understanding through various teaching methods.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and critical thinking.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, quizzes, tests, and other methods, providing constructive feedback.
• Identify individual learning needs and adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and contribute to curriculum development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Previous experience teaching mathematics to primary/elementary school students is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the primary school mathematics curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
