Job Overview Mid-Level: 7 to 10 years of experience | Full-Time | Ernakulam, Kerala, India Qualifications And Skills • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant experience in oil and gas construction field ( refinery, petrochemicals, offshore platform, power plant, piping project, boiler manufacturing, if any) • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on refinery construction, piping and pipeline projects • Strong knowledge of mechanical Qa/Qc documentation, isometric drawings, NDT and welding Procedures. • Proficiency in CSWIP 3.1 certification • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Passionate about teaching and mentoring students • Ability to work effectively in a team Roles And Responsibilities • Deliver lectures and practical sessions on mechanical QC engineering subjects • Create and maintain course materials, including lecture notes, assignments, and assessments • Ensure the delivery of high-quality training sessions that align with industry standards • Provide guidance and support to students, promoting their learning and skills development • Conduct assessments and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback • Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements • Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the curriculum and teaching methodologies • Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development activities
