Motion Graphics Designer, Marketing (Job Vacancy)

Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. With a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, the ideal candidate will be proficient in utilizing a variety of design software, including AI, Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Premiere), Figma, Canva and Hubspot. Adobe Express and Firefly are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging motion graphics, visual effects, and animations to enhance marketing materials and promotional content.
• Develop video projects from conception to completion, including storyboarding, editing, and final production.
• Incorporate motion graphics elements into raw video footage to effectively convey brand messages and promotional campaigns.
• Design print materials, banners, and event promotional materials according to brand guidelines and specifications.
• Collaborate closely with marketing teams and key stakeholders to deliver high-quality content across various channels.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet the required quality standards.
• Continuously iterate and improve creative work based on user feedback, data analytics, and client input.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in motion graphic design.
• Proficiency in AI, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, Adobe Express, Firefly and Hubspot.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphic design skills and proficiency in designing print, banners, and event promo materials.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in motion graphics and graphic design.
