Job Overview
- Lead Institutional & Digital Sales Teams of NIIT Digital business. Lead the sales team, work with Product, Marketing and other stakeholders to drive growth and achieve revenue/P&L goals. Should have experience in leading sales in an e-commerce/edtech/digital company with comprehensive understanding of online/ Digital sales cycles, customer engagement, tele sales operations, funnel generation and closure, understanding of analytics & data. Must have driven sales of high stake /involvement categories which require consultative selling . Experience in Ed Tech space is an added and Duties :
- Take Revenue ownership of the entire business vertical. Plan & strategize to build direct-to-consumer business.
- Develop & execute sales strategies to meet Revenue and growth targets.
- Ensure Revenues are in line with company objectives
- Work with sales team to identify opportunities for new markets and growth. Identify new business opportunities and always strive to grow revenues
- Create strategies to perform up-selling and cross-selling of products to the customers on the online platform
- Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Track all marketing efforts, analyze data, measure result and use the findings to improve Sales opportunities
- Research and suggest the latest digital marketing strategies to derive sales.
- Create new opportunities with online accounts, identifying white space and marketing opportunities to generate sales
- Build a trust and foster a relationship to be recognized as a premium education group
- Financial planning, Budgeting & Maximizing ROI - Maintaining current knowledge of the ever-evolving landscape; trends, products, and channels
- Own the retention metrics for the brand & build a customer experience team.
- Develop a holistic strategy to consistently better key metrics like Revenue, AOV, Conversion Rate, Repeat, Brand Re-call etc.

Education Qualifications : MBA (Sales & Marketing) Premier College
Experience : 8 years - 12 years (minimum 5 years experience in Edtech / BPO companies)
