The candidate will be responsible for supporting the Process, Growth and Strategy team by analyzing student-related data to provide :- You need to be a big-picture problem solver and a strategic partner.- You also need to demonstrate analytical thinking through data-driven decisions and possess the technical know-how, fascination, and team-spirit to make a huge impact.- Team member is expected to clean, analyse & visualize student data- Work with large, complex data sets to solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems- Build data pipelines and dashboards to self-serve data needs- Support senior leadership on business decisions through insights derived from data.Requirements :- 2 years of experience as a Growth Manager is a must.- Prior experience into Analytics will be strongly preferred.- High proficiency in growth strategies and good business acumen.- Proficiency in SQL, PowerBI, VBA, Tableau is preferred.- Good problem solving & insight generation skills- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders- Bachelor's/PG degree from a Tier 1 college is preferred.Our Way Of Working :- An opportunity to work on something that really matters.- A fast-paced environment to learn and grow.
