GCC - GCC (Global Capability Centre) in Bangalore the “Tech Capital of INDIA” is the global support centre for Dibber Schools. A highly skilled support function team that will be responsible to build & manage the IT Infrastructure for Dibber Schools Globally.

Role: O365 Administrator | L2

Job Description:

  • This position is a new role created to be the subject matter expert (SME) for our Microsoft 365 tenant. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining, tuning, and hardening the Microsoft 365 solution that is already deployed.
  • Work requires excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with a high technical skill level. The position requires frequent interaction with employees, customers, technicians, analysts, and specialists to troubleshoot problems related to the use of single and/or multiple information systems.
  • Work may include creation, installation, and modification of software, testing, and documentation on a variety of platforms. Demonstrated ability to work independently and complete assigned project responsibilities under limited supervision.

  • Install, configure, upgrade, maintain and support laptops/Desktops (Windows & Mac) of end users remotely.
  • Install, configure, upgrade, maintain and support various applications like Microsoft Office tools, (Outlook, Teams, Word, etc) based on user requests.
  • Maintain an asset inventory of all IT Infrastructure assets.
  • Perform remote repairs and assist on-site IT technicians in replacing the hardware peripherals.
  • User ID creation and deletion in Active Directory.
  • Proactive periodic monitoring of the Security Posture of End Points.
  • Manage user’s patching activity through Microsoft Intune
  • Troubleshoot technical issues raised by users related to their systems within SLA.
  • Good knowledge of Service Desk tools for ticket management and reporting – Good to have Manage Engine tool expertise.
  • Manage & mitigate all escalations from L1 & L2 teams.
  • Good in English communication and professional email etiquette.
  • Candidate should work from Office during the business hours.
  • Will be a rotational shift based on the supporting region. (UAE, HK, SA, INDIA)

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience: Minimum 6+ Years' experience in the same domain
  • Should be open to work from the office 3 days a week and remaining 2 days can be WFH.
  • Working days – Monday to Friday
  • Work Location: Bangalore
