Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Assistant at SAIT located in Indore. The Office Assistant will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks, such as answering phone calls, handling incoming and outgoing mail, managing office equipment, and providing general support to the administrative team.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Administrative assistance experience and clerical skills
• Knowledge of office equipment and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus

Candidates with experience in managing a busy office environment will be preferred. Being bilingual in English and Hindi would be an added advantage.
