Office Executive for College/University in Hooghly (Job Vacancy)

We are looking for an experienced Office Executive to join our college/university team. The Office Executive will be responsible for providing administrative support to the college/university staff and faculty, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the office. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including filing, data entry, correspondences with various authorities , admissions, and other administrative tasks.
• Provide administrative support to college/university staff and faculty.
• Answer phone calls and emails from students, faculty, and staff.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment.
• Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.
• Assist with the organization of events and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in an office setting.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Strong attention to detail.
