Job Description:
As an Operation Manager at SEV7N ubiquitous Pvt Ltd, you play a pivotal role in
ensuring the seamless operation of our office while working closely with our Director
and Founder. We are seeking a candidate who possesses not only a bachelor’s
degree in business but also a proven track record of over three years in office
management. An ideal candidate will excel in communicating with key stakeholders,
have experience with Zoho Suite applications (preferably), exhibit a proactive and
positive attitude, be proficient in initiating sales calls, and respond swiftly to phone
calls and messages with effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Specification Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a Must.
• A minimum of 3 years of prior experience in office management or a similar
role.
• Proficiency in Zoho Suite is preferred; experience with other CRMs is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proactive and positive attitude with the ability to channel tasks efficiently.
• Experience in initiating sales calls and supporting the sales process.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in the field of education service, particularly with
curriculums like IB and Cambridge, is an added advantage..
• Upon selection, the chosen candidate will receive comprehensive training in
office procedures and the use of technology tools to support efficient work
