Job Title: Operations Analyst

Job Location: Delhi(Lado Sarai)

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Department: Learning Excellence - Operations Team

Skills & Experience:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft Excel is a MUST. Should know basic excel functions like VLOOKUP, Macros, pivot tables, count if, sum if, dashboards etc
  • Problem-solving skills and good aptitude for challenging situations
  • Ability to hold meaningful conversations with other internal stakeholders.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL (Good to have/ Not compulsory)
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel possessing the ability to use spreadsheets, graphing, tables, calculations, and automation efficiently to process large quantities of data relevant to business tasks.

Role Definition:

  • Complete ownership of all the Program Office Operations responsibilities around scheduling and delivery activities, including but not limited to, online session scheduling, batch calendars, maintaining student scores and other data, etc.
  • Engagement with a variety of internal stakeholders.
  • Consistent and thorough monitoring of participants’ performance using various program trackers & Data Analysis reports using Excel/PowerBI etc.
  • Collaborate with learner relationship managers for successful batch outcomes
  • Act as an Early Warning System for the Learning Relationship Managers to drive learner conversations.
