"Padhai Help Pvt Ltd. aims to transform schools through technology by providing STEAM-based innovative Learning solutions like Robotics Lab, AI Lab, and Kindergarten solutions like Toy Library, Kinder Adda(Play Zone) and more. Supporting the sub-mission of the Government of India, Padhai Help also provides Atal Tinkering Lab establishment and provides trainers for the same.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with the school management & accomplish organic growth.
• Communicate company products and services via Calling and E-mail and also build relationships in order to uncover prospect needs.
• Managing orders from schools.
• Handling operations work.
• Achieve weekly and monthly goals.
• Communicating and organizing meetings with the school authorities.

Skills Required:

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and convincing skills.
• Experience in handling clients.
• Commercial awareness.
• Skills with a positive, confident, and determined approach.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
