We are looking for entrepreneurs to join us and help build the next Edtech unicorn. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive located in South Delhi. The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, utilizing analytical skills to improve processes and efficiency, and maintaining effective communication within the organization. Roles and Responsibilities: ● Enthusiastically handle the day-to-day operations and interact with relevant stakeholders in the organization. ● Provide counseling sessions to students to address academic, personal, or career-related concerns. ● Offer guidance to students regarding their educational journey, career prospects, and personal development. ● Address any operational issues or concerns promptly and effectively to minimize disruptions to the learning environment. ● Maintain open communication channels with students, faculty, and other stakeholders to address queries, concerns, or feedback effectively. ● Act as a liaison between students and management, advocating for student needs and interests. ● Propose and implement initiatives to enhance the quality of student support services and optimize operational processes.
