Key Result Area (KRA):
- Team Management
- a. Allocation academic tasks to team members for timely service implementation to students
- b. Ensuring timely completion of all academic compliance from team
- c. Checking team performance on daily, weekly and monthly basis and conducting periodical performance reviews
- d. Checking the team accountable for the tasks and responsibilities
- e. Managing team members to complete their academic & and operations work in time
- f. Ensuring all academic reports on technology are maintained and filled by the team for timely analysis
- Strategic Management
- a. Developing and implementing Academic Plans
- b. Creating processes to ensure a high level of service productivity in all academic activities in each of the batches
- c. Competitor analysis to check operational innovations
- d. Creating strategy within team executions for ensuring high motivation and productive output across all activities
- e. Developing and implementing ideas for attracting new students/ batches for all programs
