Outclass Program Manager- Executive Programs by Masters’ Union What is Outclass Program at Maters’ Union? Outclass program in the form of challenges supplement the in-class curriculum adequately as students are expected to apply the learnings from classroom teaching in conceptualizing, building, running or supporting successful businesses. These components go beyond traditional classroom teaching and offer students experiential learning opportunities that actively engage them in real-world scenarios. These activities are designed to enhance the learning process and enable students to apply their knowledge and skills in a safer environment. Some of the flagship activities under MU’s Outclass Program are Drop shipping, Venture Initiation Program, Creatorpreneur, Consulting Quest and Investment Camp. Role and Responsibilities The Outclass Program Manager plays a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing experiential learning programs aimed at providing participants with hands-on, immersive educational experiences. This position requires a dynamic and responsible individual with a passion for education, innovation, and experiential learning methodologies. 1.     Outclass Program Development: ·      Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop outclass/experiential learning programs tailored to specific learning objectives and target audiences. ·      Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps and opportunities for experiential learning initiatives. ·      Create detailed program plans, including objectives, activities, timelines, and evaluation criteria. 2.     Implementation and Facilitation: ·      Oversee the execution of outclass/experiential learning programs, ensuring alignment with established goals and objectives. ·      Coordinate logistics, resources, and personnel necessary for program delivery. ·      Facilitate experiential learning activities, workshops, simulations, and other hands-on experiences, utilizing innovative methodologies to engage participants. 3.     Participant Engagement and Support: ·      Provide guidance and support to participants throughout the learning journey, fostering an environment conducive to active participation and reflection. ·      Foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and respect within the learning community. ·      Address participant inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 4.     Evaluation and Continuous Improvement: ·      Develop and implement assessment strategies to measure the effectiveness and impact of experiential learning initiatives. ·      Analyze evaluation data to identify areas for improvement and inform program enhancements. ·      Iterate on program design and delivery based on feedback and evaluation results to ensure ongoing relevance and effectiveness. 5.     Stakeholder Collaboration: ·      Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including educators, subject matter experts, industry partners, and community organizations. ·      Collaborate with academic departments, career services, and other relevant units to integrate experiential learning opportunities into broader educational curricula. ·      Represent the organization at conferences, workshops, and other events to promote outclass/experiential learning initiatives and share best practices. Required Qualifications and Skills: •       Master’s degree and or PhD. in management or allied areas preferred. ·      Possess 4+ years of experience in academic operations & community handling roles. •       Proven experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation, preferably in the context of experiential learning or education. ·      Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively. ·      Knowledge of experiential learning theories, methodologies, and best practices. ·      Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. ·      Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to overcoming challenges. ·      Proficiency in project management tools, learning management systems, and other relevant technology platforms. ·      Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. ·      Flexibility to travel and work during weekends. ·      Passion for lifelong learning and professional development.
