Designation: Outreach Manager Admission
Experience: 3-7 Years in Education Industry, especially in B-Schools/ Private
Universities
Qualification: Post-Graduate/ MBA
Job Description:
1. Good rapport and contact especially with B-School Coaching Institute/ Consultants/
Universities/ Colleges etc.
2. Generating lead from various colleges for integrated coaching / Resource Sharing for
admissions.
3. Identifying new areas of potential business opportunities. Developing new and
existing and other accounts in the territory.
4. Responsible for achieving admission targets for the respectivearea. Manage direct
parent enquiry handling and also manage telephonic enquiry handling.
5. Visiting colleges by taking prior appointment and present APIM USPs details to the
concerned authorities.
6. Follow up for tie-ups with various agencies like coaching institutes, education
consultants, universities, colleges etc.
7. Arranging and conducting the Educational / Career Guidance seminars, participate in
fairs in consultation with the Admission Head.
8. Preparing Daily Call Report, Visit Report and progress report with result oriented
approach.
Required Candidate profile:
1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Should be proficient in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Experience in Sales and Education related Academic counseling for student enrolment
or any customer facing role.
4. Should acquire the knowledge of various college level competitive exams and
Entrance Exams for business.
5. Should be a Go better with excellent Negotiating and Convincing abilities.
6. Drive for results.
