Job Description

• Explain the product and program distinguishing features to prospective school and their principals through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings. • Calling/sending proposal mails to the school to engage and participate in different activities like the Career Assessment Test, Career Counselling Sessions, and Workshops, etc. to generate leads from the school. • Provide face-to-face strategic direction and thinking to all school outreach-related activities. Oversee lead generation, management, tele-calling, and conversion management. Provide direction to the team and resolve any issues that may arise. • Ensure that the overall target of the team is met on time. Create the team's structure and staff reporting mechanisms, as well as oversee their function. Provide training to new employees. • Overlook the maintenance of the Outreach database. Prepare an outreach report with relevant metrics. Strategic planning and implementation of outreach in line with the larger goals of the organization. • Participate in educational events, educational fairs, information sessions, and seminars as a representative of the organization. • Form and nurture new alliances with external consultants and other relevant stakeholders to promote the organization and develop strategic plans for attracting new schools. • Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to plan promotional materials and events such as brochures, webinars, campus tours, etc. • Regular Feedback on leads generated by the sales team. Manage effective relationships with the school for future events and engagements. Required Qualification: • Undergraduate/Postgraduate degree from a reputable university in India or abroad. • A minimum of 5 years of sales/ outreach experience with a School in India is required. • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong command of the language. • Hands-on experience with MS Office/ Google Workspace.
