"A leading admission consulting company is looking for an Outreach and Sales Specialist to join their team and contribute to the development and growth of the company.
As an Outreach and Sales Specialist, you will help promote our educational/summer programs, generate outbound leads, and convert inbound leads. This is an exciting role with lots of room for growth for candidates with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. Your responsibilities will include:
- Pitching our services through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails, and visits to generate interest
- Identify and evaluate potential partners across academic, extracurricular, research, summer and other programs
- Develop pitch presentations to present to potential partners and negotiate partnership agreements
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
- Forecast, measure, and report the results of our inbound and outbound sales efforts
- Track referrals and referral payments
- Maintaining and developing relationships with current and past clients to generate referrals
- Keep great ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership
- Organizing and implementing outreach programs and events
- Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally
Functional Details:
We are looking for candidates with Qualifications:
- Previous working experience in Outreach and Partnerships Manager for 1-3 years
- Strong organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong networker with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively
- Strategic Planning, Multitasking, and Attention to Detail is important
- Resilience, flexibility, and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment
- Preferred experience in education, coaching, tutoring, and admissions consulting
