Designation: Growth Manager cum Counsellor
Roles and Responsibilities:
Seminar and Workshop Coordination:
· Plan and organize seminars and workshops specifically targeted at engineering colleges to disseminate comprehensive information about studying abroad.
· Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, scheduling, sending out invitations, and setting up audiovisual equipment.
· Work closely with engineering college authorities to secure support for and promote events among students, faculty, and staff.
Training Sessions:
· Develop and deliver training sessions tailored for counselors and new employees to enhance their understanding of the overseas education process, counseling techniques, and industry best practices.
· Customize training modules to address the specific needs and skill levels of participants, incorporating interactive activities and case studies to facilitate effective learning.
· Offer ongoing support and mentorship to counselors and new employees, addressing any questions or concerns they may have related to overseas education counseling.
Student Counseling:
· Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for students at engineering colleges, offering personalized guidance on study abroad options, university selection, application procedures, and visa assistance.
· Evaluate students' academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and personal preferences to provide tailored counseling and recommendations.
· Maintain regular follow-ups with students to provide continuous support throughout the application process and assist in overcoming any challenges they may encounter.
Collaboration and Networking:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering colleges, educational institutions, and industry partners across various countries to facilitate partnerships and collaborations.
· Collaborate with college authorities, student organizations, and faculty members to promote services and encourage student engagement in overseas education opportunities.
· Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to stay abreast of trends and developments in international education and expand professional networks.
Documentation and Reporting:
· Maintain meticulous records of seminar/workshop attendees, training sessions conducted, and counseling sessions provided, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
· Prepare detailed reports on the effectiveness of seminars, workshops, and training sessions, incorporating participant feedback and highlighting achieved outcomes.
· Ensure strict adherence to data protection regulations and confidentiality standards in handling student information and records, maintaining utmost professionalism and integrity at all times.
